Advanced process control (APC)

Platform for Advanced Process Control and Estimation (PACE) is a new state-of-the-art multivariable model-based control technology, jointly developed by Yokogawa and Shell. This advanced process control (APC) and estimation platform is a best-in-class suite for rapidly designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining multi-variable control applications through-out the plant lifecycle. The technology is applicable across the fullstream from Upstream, Gas Processing and LNG through Refining and Petrochemicals. The technology drives down the cost of developing and maintaining applications while providing the tools and capabilities to address challenging control problems.

The Platform for Advanced Control and Estimation (PACE) technology has consistently brought significant benefits to its users.
