Job Purposes:

Works with decision makers and/or Management-level clients analyzing and identifying technology solutions for challenges in overall management of real-time data. An expert with OSIsoft’s PI System and application of their product suite, specifically PI AF, is required. Requires full knowledge of product line and its applications, advising clients on technology and solutions along with a strong understanding of the client's objectives, challenges and value proposition. The ability to understand a business problem and offer a solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management - Develop complex innovations of critical products or services, running pilots and testing through fast-paced project launches, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders and external partners.
  • Project Management - Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues to deliver project objectives and comply with the organizations project management framework.
  • Project Planning - Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project management framework.
  • Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution - Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.
  • Databases Installation - Install and test complex databases and associated products to ensure they are suitable for use and meet customer requirements.
  • Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be" - Document "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the changes required.
  • Work Scheduling and Allocation - Develop short- or medium-term work schedules to achieve planned commitments. Maintain project hours and resources as needed bringing projects to full execution on time and on budget.
  • Operational Compliance - Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards.
  • Digital Vision and Strategy - Support strategy formulation for digital by exploring how information technology can be used to help the organization become more responsive to customer needs and changing business requirements.
  • Digital Talent Development - Develop and design content for training and development programs in digital to fill gaps in established programs; contribute customized training and development programs in digital as requested.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Experience in related field

 

General Experience:

  • Experience in delivering complex solutions to various industry verticals with the ability to take business requirements and develop recommendations for client solutions. To have the ability to articulate and document a solution as well as deploy the solution.
  • Expert level of knowledge with the following OSIsoft applications:
