Disclosures Concerning Data Processing Services

We hereby disclose the following information concerning international access to and transfer of data in connection with our data processing services.

  • Technical measures: We implement measures such as network security and data security.
  • Organizational measures: We have established internal procedures to address access requests by governmental authorities and provide training to our employees.
  • Contractual measures: We stipulate, as part of our contractual obligations, that we will take reasonable measures in the event of access requests by governmental authorities.

The structure and format of the data that may be exported from our services vary depending on the nature of the services and the manner in which the customer uses them. The main structures and formats of such data are as follows:

2. Relevant standards and open interoperability specifications

The standards and open interoperability specifications related to the data that may be exported from our services vary depending on the nature of the services and the manner in which the customer uses them. The standards and open interoperability specifications mainly used by us are as follows:

  • JSON Schema – schema specification for the validation and documentation of JSON data structures.

Where common specifications or harmonized standards are published by the European Commission, we will update this online register in accordance therewith.
