During my 35 years experience in the process industry I have worked with manufacturing clients to address all aspects of operational excellence to help them achieve and sustain peak business performance.
As a consultant, I play a major role in identifying the challenges clients face while improving value to the organization and its stakeholders. It is this passion that has seeded and nurtured my desire to work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their potential. Through my commitment to serving clients, I have assessed OpX-related issues and formulated corrective action plans. This work has included advising clients on several large-scale capability development systems, change management and business-process optimization projects, and implementation and organizational improvement programs.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and taking photos.
