Course description

This course is ideal for beginners with no previous knowledge of Multiflash®, or for existing users who want to get updates on the latest Multiflash developments and deepen their knowledge of Multiflash modeling.

The course provides a detailed overview of the software providing you with necessary knowledge and skills to use Multiflash for fluid characterization, PVT modeling and flow assurance modeling studies (hydrates, waxes and asphaltenes) and other applications.

Who should attend the course?

The training is aimed at engineers involved in petroleum fluids modeling, production chemistry and flow assurance issues. No previous knowledge of Multiflash is required.

Fee

The fee for the three day training course is £1,500. Fee includes training, printed lecture notes and in electronic format, training software licence and lunch on each day.

What to bring to the training

The course includes hands-on training using KBC Multiflash software so you will need a laptop with the software pre-installed. A one month standalone Sentinel license file (ending .kbclic) and software download link with instructions will be sent to you a week before the course commences. The temporary Multiflash license file will allow you to practice the use cases after the course. Your laptop should have the minimum specification of of 2GHz Intel Pentium Processor, 10 GB Hard Disk and Microsoft Windows 10, offline 32 bit version of Microsoft Excel 2016 or Office 365 and comparable future updates.
