Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:
• Primary responsibility for Renewals of the VMI Business line which will entail ensuring that upcoming renewals are identified, and renewal letters with pricing quotations are submitted; working with VMI Ops to identify and pursue up-selling opportunities; communication with sales organization and CS Manager to ensure alignment of current client basis
• Development of Quotes/Proposals in support of new VMI opportunities while coordinating with KBC Sales Organization
• Report current VMI business and forecasting of the renewal business
• Ensure all appropriate opportunities are entered into CRM and those opportunities are kept up-to-date

Commercial Services Administrator:
• Responsible for ensuring the VMI business follows CS’ policies and practices
• Will process and award contracts; purchase orders; work orders; etc. through CRM and CS’s systems which will include, though not limited to, CRM Stage processing; opportunity awarding processing; opportunity tracking; filing of quote, obtaining and documenting approvals, preparation of quote/proposal, contracting documentation; gathering invoicing information for finance; etc.
• Support and work with CS group in support of opportunities and client relations.  This can include vendor registration forms; supporting CS activities; identifying and recommending improvements to CS work processes; miscellaneous support of CS dependent upon work load of the group

Support Finance and Operations:
• Coordinate with Finance on the VMI business line to ensure invoicing and payment of services are completed, which will entail reviewing and approving invoices; tracking payment of invoices submitted to client(s) (use of Debtors Report); working with client(s) (with support of CS Manager and Operations) in resolving non-payment issues
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure an understanding of client(s) to support renewal/up-selling of current services
• Coordinate with Operations on Change Orders and upcoming Renewals to ensure alignment

 
Position Requirements: 
The following are mandatory requirements:
• Quality focused and detail oriented 
• Advanced knowledge and skills with MS Office
• Excellent written skills both in emails and word documents
• Effectively communicate both internally and externally with clients
• Ability to work within a team environment and with multiple disciplines (Finance, Sales, Ops)
• Ability to properly prioritize work load and demonstrate time management
• Maintain KBC standards both internally and with clients

The following are development requirements (knowledge and skills that are either brought to the position or will be important to train/learn for the position)
• Knowledge and adherence to CS policies and practices
• Ability to learn and become an advanced CRM user
• Ability to learn and become an advanced Adobe user

Beneficial Knowledge/Skill (not required for the position, though would be valuable)
• Bi-lingual, both written and verbal, in Spanish and/or Portuguese
