Main Aspects of Job:

The purpose of this role is to drive lead generation through effective communication / promotion of KBC’s portfolio of offerings through digital and traditional marketing channels. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers to cover all aspects of the marketing mix and clearly articulate the value of respective offerings to primarily new and existing customers.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Principal roles and responsibilities will involve:

  • Learning (and inputting into) respective product strategies
  • Understanding the target audience and user personas
  • Developing the tools and collateral needed for sales enablement (with support from Product Managers)
  • Coordination (but not delivery) of product-related training to sales teams
  • Delivering marketing campaigns to drive lead generation with new customers across the portfolio of offerings.
     

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering or supporting marketing campaigns and / or product launches of software and / or professional services in the Energy and Chemical industry
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Applied knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing framework, especially Foundations, Market and Launch – or equivalent e.g. 28O Group
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Articulate, results- / output-oriented with passion for impact
  • Creative and persuasive – highly collaborative team player
  • Proactive, dependable, self-starter who is self-aware and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication
