Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of the website and updates of relevant and compelling content that supports sales conversions and optimizes the customer experience
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Develop and manage the social media strategy for the company
  • Manage the development of the staff intranet and updates
  • Implement a range of digital techniques including SEO, paid media and paid social and monitor their performance and return on investment
  • Improve and establish best practice for the company CRM system from a marketing perspective. Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to deliver and nurture leads for the organization
  • Implement lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
  • Improve and monitor the data quality in CRM for the segmentation and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Establish, develop and execute the webinar program targeted at clients and prospects
  • Develop an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers to establish topics, tone, frequency, format and content contributors
  • Ensure company initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and are consistent with any external communication messages
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums e.g. intranet, regular email bulletin 
  • Work with the Global Marketing Programs Manager and Events Manager to maximize the reach of campaigns and events

Position Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience of redeveloping and managing websites
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Demonstrable experience using website CMS, preferably Sitecore
  • Solid experience of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, for lead generation, scoring, nurturing, reporting and developing a lead process
  • The ability to analyze performance and report back to stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to work to tight time lines
  • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative and capable of operating independently and responsibly with minimal oversight
  • Strong communications skills
